Lost or Damaged Packages

SKINNY is not liable for lost or damaged packages during transit.

If this occurs, please contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

Split Shipments

If your SKINNY order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately in order to provide faster delivery.

PO Boxes / Military Addresses

We do not ship SKINNY orders to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO).

Partial Deliveries

We may, at our discretion, ship available SKINNY items first and send the remaining items once they are in stock.

Refusal of Delivery
