You can request a refund within 30 days of delivery. This is more generous than the minimum required by law in the US, Canada, UK, and Australia.



Eligibility


To qualify for a refund:

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

• Opened personal care or hygiene products (including patches, rollers, and wipes) are strictly non-returnable.

• Proof of purchase and, if the product is defective, clear photo or video evidence is required.

Return Process

1. Contact our customer support within 30 days of delivery to request a return.

2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if approved.

3. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method.

4. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.



Restocking & Cancellation Fees

• All refunds are subject to a 5% restocking/cancellation fee or $25 (whichever is lower).

• Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellations are not accepted.



Defective or Damaged Products

• If your product arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photo or video proof.

• We will determine if a replacement or refund is appropriate.

• Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or neglect is not covered.



Change of Mind


Refunds are not issued for change of mind, preference, or buyer’s remorse.



Delivery Issues

• If the carrier marks your package as delivered, we consider the order fulfilled and completed. No refunds will be issued in this case.

• We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned for this reason, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs.

• If an order is not collected and returned to us, the customer will be charged for reshipment.



Customs & Duties


Any customs fees, duties, or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will not be issued if a package is delayed, refused, or returned due to unpaid fees.



Partial Deliveries


In some cases, items in your order may ship separately to ensure faster delivery.



Refund Timeframe


If your return is approved, refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
